Jeff is a consummate craftsman who built for us, by hand, the world's greatest cleaver!  This piece, and we call it a piece because it is a piece of art, was crafted from vintage sawmill blade and hammered into submission.  This included shaping the steel in creating a samurai like edge; brilliantly sharp and incredibly strong.  This beauty is presented in a hand stitched leather case which can be engraved.  It is a beautiful culinary masterpiece.
